Mr Virendra Singh, our Chairman and founder, is the inspiration and dynamic force behind the group’s evolution into a well established and renowned BPO. He is the key person in building an exceptional rapport with our international clients. Realizing the need of his active involvement with the group, he opted for premature retirement from his duty as a Commissioner of Income Tax, Government of India. As a member of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS), he administrated various tax laws of the Government of India. and has a vast experience of 35 years in the field of finance, accounting and taxation.
Hitech Infosoft has benefited much from the rich experience that Mr. Singh acquired during his long tenure with the Government of Inida. He has applied his exhaustive knowledge in critically examining the audited and unaudited accounts of top corporate houses. His leadership enabled our company get 100+ international finance projects. Aided with a master’s degree in Science he has also designed and developed various engineering projects.
Off the working hours, he practices Yoga and enjoys sports, especially Tennis and Cricket.

Mr. Kelley has more than 25 years experience in Financial Services Operations, Systems & Operations Outsourcing & Operations Risk Management, including more than 20 years in the International Banking and Capital Markets Industry.
Mr. Kelley gained world-wide recognition during the 1990’s for his industry leadership in the development and global implementation of financial instruments trading and financial derivatives risk management systems and the streamlining of financial settlements operations for many of the world’s largest banks. Mr. Kelley is also a distinguished “Member of the Institute of Risk Management” (MIRM) in London UK.

Mrs. Saras Banthia, a double graduate in Arts and Law shoulders many of the responsibilities of the group. She has over 30 years of experience in the legal and designing domain. On one hand, she uses her Arts background in editing, developing and designing of various projects while on the other hand, she successfully handles all tax-related and corporate matters. She also has an in-depth experience in Company Law and International Law.
